The UK-based Cenex (Centre of Excellence for Low-carbon and Fuel Cell technologies), founded in 2005, is a highly valued partner with whom we frequently collaborate.

Together with our clients and partners, we apply our knowledge and expertise to address challenges and find appropriate solutions related to three main focus areas:

  • Zero Emission Mobility – Researching, implementing, and validating zero-emission solutions (including e-mobility and hydrogen) to reduce costs and emissions, as well as addressing issues such as the integration of shared mobility or mobility/energy hubs.
  • Energy Infrastructure – Analyzing and advising on the required energy infrastructure related to charging infrastructure and the deployment and value of innovative solutions and charging technologies, such as energy storage, smart charging, V2G, and wireless charging.
  • Circular Mobility – Approaching mobility from a lifecycle perspective. We offer expertise relevant to circular procurement, solutions for electric vehicle batteries, and the reduction of (material) waste.

Cenex NL collaborates with governments and public organizations, knowledge institutions and NGOs, businesses, and industry to stimulate the development, knowledge, and adoption of innovative solutions. Our starting point is to provide reliable and demonstrable insights into the possibilities for achieving zero-emission and zero-waste objectives.
