Clifford Electronics Benelux BV was founded in 1995 to sell Clifford products and provide commercial and technical support to the dealer network.

Clifford is the number one in vehicle security; no less than 92% of all patents in this industry are held by Clifford. For instance, Clifford is the inventor of the remote control transmitter.

What Do We Do?

Today, we are a full-service provider of high-quality automotive electronics and alarm systems, as well as the best vehicle tracking and recovery systems. We handle everything from installation to aftercare. Furthermore, we offer a hardware and software platform, technical support, and development for all our products, and we maintain a dedicated helpdesk.

Why Do We Do It?

We aim to make vehicles safer, smarter, and more comfortable. We achieve this by equipping them with high-quality security and warning systems that provide driver assistance services. This is not an unnecessary luxury when you look at the figures: in 2010, 17,189 cars were stolen in the Netherlands, and there were 18,420 injuries and 640 fatalities in traffic. Through our systems, we are committed to contributing to a reduction in these numbers.

Who Do We Work For?

We sell our products through a network of more than 200 installation specialists and major brand dealers. In addition, we collaborate with the government, insurers, and (transport) companies on innovative telematics projects. We develop tailor-made solutions for them.
