The Future Mobility Park is located in the 'Maker District' of the Merwe-Vierhavens area in Rotterdam. Here, governments, knowledge institutions, and businesses can individually or jointly address essential questions regarding the future of mobility—for both the street and the city.

On our 200-meter track, any vehicle can be tested, and a smart traffic control system allows for the simulation of urban situations. The fleet of vehicles is ready to visualize complex scenarios for vehicles, passengers, and the environment alike. A control room, fully connected to a high-quality IT network that serves as the foundation for IoT in towns and cities, ensures streamlined monitoring.

Any vehicle can be tested on a 200-meter test track, where an on-site smart traffic control system allows for the simulation of real-world urban scenarios. A fleet of vehicles is available to visualize complex situations for the vehicle, passengers, and the surroundings. Everything can be clearly observed from the control room, which is fully connected to a high-quality IT network that forms the basis for IoT in towns and cities.

The Galileo drone stop (or vertiport)—connected to its twin on the RDM campus on the south side of the Maas—and the 30-meter Hardt Hyperloop test tube complete the park. These facilities also serve to inspire teams, demonstrating that what initially seems impossible can indeed be made a reality.
