Since 1989, Organizational Coaching (OC) has focused on collaborative and sustainable innovations and transition processes within the context of spatial planning, traffic and transport, economy, and mobility. Where others often focus on individual components, OC focuses on the interconnectedness in a creative and authentic way. At their core, many issues are demand-oriented, and it requires 'other ways' to see the connections between the components. OC specializes in identifying, exploring, and taking such 'other ways' step by step. We are receiving increasing market feedback that customers also want to combine sustainability with insights into 'out-of-the-box thinking'. In doing so, we often collaborate with high-level professionals from major organizations such as TNO, Goudappel Coffeng B.V., and the technical universities of Delft and Eindhoven.

Imaginative (collaborative) projects by Organizational Coaching include 'Spitsmijden' (peak-hour avoidance) on the road and on the rail, Brabant in-car, and phantom traffic jams.
