Since the start of the Connekt Affiliation Event, Perciv AI has experienced impressive growth. The startup, which focuses on AI technology for the mobility sector, has achieved a series of major milestones.

Growth and International Recognition

At the beginning of this year, Perciv AI successfully closed a financing round of €2.5 million and simultaneously launched an ambitious growth strategy. The team has more than doubled, from 4 full-timers in January to 12 at the time of writing. Its market presence was significantly increased through participation in international events such as CES in Las Vegas, and in May, the company was honored with the "Startup of the Year" award at the ADAS Expo in Stuttgart. To facilitate this growth, the team moved to a larger office and rented a second space.

Perciv AI's AI models have been further improved through the integration of larger and more accurate datasets, sourced from advanced sensors in their own vehicles. The business development team has also been expanded to further refine the market strategy.

The Added Value of the Connekt Network

The Affiliation Event has given Perciv AI significantly more visibility in the Dutch market. Participation in various Connekt events has created new networking opportunities. Perciv AI is already actively collaborating with Siemens on the development of AI for radar systems. In addition, there are exploratory talks with the Future Mobility Network regarding potential projects involving autonomous shuttles, boats, and ferries. Collaboration is also underway with the RDW to discuss future regulations and validate the reliability of simulations.

Ambitious Plans for the Future

In the coming 6 to 12 months, Perciv AI aims to enter into new partnerships and take on new challenges. The team will continue to grow, and preparations are being made for a Series A investment round. The startup will be present at various international events such as IAA, EuMW, ELIV, and CES. Strategically, the company is looking at new market potential, particularly in the defense and industrial sectors and in off-road autonomy.
