- when you are available.
The procedure
Once we receive your open application, we will check with the team involved in your area of interest to see if there is a suitable vacancy at that time or if one will arise soon. In that case, we will contact you. If there is no suitable vacancy, we may keep your letter for a period of six months. If a (potentially) suitable vacancy arises within that period, we will contact you. For privacy reasons and to protect your data, your documents will be removed from our system after six months.
