25 years of Connekt

Connekt was officially founded on January 28, 2000. On January 28, 2025, exactly 25 years later, we kicked off our anniversary year in festive style! From now on, you will encounter our 25 years of Connekt logo throughout the year. We are taking you on a journey from the past, through the present, to the future. We look back at what we have achieved, tell you where we stand now, and look ahead to the future—to the next 25 years. We will regularly publish interviews and stories, and we are organizing several engaging and interesting events.

Breaking boundaries, staying connected

The theme of this anniversary year is 'Breaking boundaries, staying connected'. This represents 25 years of innovation and collaboration within mobility and logistics. As an innovation platform, Connekt has proven itself as a pioneer that has not only developed new solutions but has also created a strong community in which organizations (public, private, and knowledge institutions) strengthen and inspire each other to move forward together.

Looking back at the anniversary symposium

On Wednesday, December 3, we concluded our 25th anniversary year with a wonderful anniversary symposium at the Wennekerpand in Schiedam. Thanks to the many enthusiastic members, partners, and colleagues, we can look back on a successful symposium.

Connekt anniversary magazine

During the anniversary symposium, we presented the anniversary magazine. The first copies, signed by all Connekters (now a collector's item!), were presented to three people who are important to us: to Adriaan Zeillemaker, on behalf of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management as our most important client, collaboration partner, and strategic member of Connekt; to Jos van Kleef, chairman of our Advisory Board, in which all our members are represented by the premium members; and to Jan Willemsen, chairman of our Supervisory Board.
