Dialogue Session 2: Collaboration between NDW and market parties | October 6, 2026

DateOctober 6, 2026For whoBy invitation only

The world of mobility is changing at a rapid pace. Mobility is becoming increasingly digital and data-driven. In addition, new data sources, technological developments, European legislation, and increasing societal expectations call for stronger public-private collaboration. This is changing the playing field for both public and private parties.

For both government and the market, this means we are ready for a new, joint way of working. In this changing playing field, NDW is committed to transparent, long-term collaboration, with room for structural agreements, continuity, and reciprocity in traffic data projects.

To jointly provide direction to this changing environment, Connekt and NDW are organizing two consecutive public-private sessions in 2026. The first session took place on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. During this meeting, we engaged in a dialogue about the agreements needed to collaborate effectively and sustainably.

This second dialogue session builds on this and takes the step from exploration to concretization. We are working towards joint agreements on, among other things:

  • The desired collaboration between NDW and market parties
  • When and how the market is involved in new challenges and developments
  • Ground rules for transparency, predictability, and reciprocity
  • Dealing with gray areas and potential tensions
  • The design of a structural dialogue between NDW and market parties

Participation in this session is by invitation, with a carefully selected group of participants. Would you like to know more about this? Please send an email to sybe.andringa@connekt.nl.
