ERTICO-ITS Europe and the National Host Partners of the ITS European Congress Brainport 2019 are pleased to invite you to the Open Day that will be held June 8th 2018 in Eindhoven and Helmond, the Netherlands. The Open Day provides an ideal platform for you to see, hear and experience, what (business) opportunities the ITS European Congress will offer you in 2019.
From 3-6 June 2019, the 13th ITS European Congress will be held in the Brainport region in the Netherlands. Under the theme ‘Fulfilling ITS promises’, the 2019 Congress gives you access to the entire ITS community. Over 3000 participants from over 50 countries will be represented and the Congress will attract some of the most established and recognisable companies and influencers in the mobility field. By representing your organisation, you position yourself among the latest ITS solutions and most advanced technologies, putting you in the marketplace for the future of mobility.

| 12.00 hrs | Warm welcome at the Evoluon in Eindhoven with informal lunch (Visit address: Noord Brabantlaan 1, 5652 LA Eindhoven) |
| 13.00 hrs | Official welcome and plenary presentations by ERTICO, Connekt/ITS Netherlands and host cities |
| 13.30 hrs | Venue tours in small groups with experienced venue guides. |
| 14.30 hrs | Transfer to the Helmond Automotive Campus – while the demo possibilities on the congress corridor will be explained and showed. |
| 15.00 hrs | Outside demo-area and explanation about demo possibilities |
| 16.15 hrs | Mingle and networking, including transfer back to Evoluon in Eindhoven |
| 17.00 hrs | Close of the Open Day |
