We are logistics. Together we export 561 billion euros’ worth of products, transport 1.67 billion tons and transship 594 million tons of goods and have more than 25 million m² of logistics-related real estate at our disposal. Together we have helped the Netherlands secure a top-5 ranking in the World Logistics Performance Index for many years. Together we are working to improve productivity by a factor of 6 with CO₂ emissions in mind, to help us realize the CO₂ reduction targets for 2050 that were set at the Paris climate change conference. And together we need to ensure that operations within the logistics sector are not only sustainable, but profitable too.

Naturally, at the conference you will also be updated on developments in the sector. During the talk-show element, entrepreneurs from the field will give you an insight into how they profit from sustainability. Toon Gerbrands will also present his view of collaboration and the secret to a successful team approach. In addition, there will be plenty of opportunities to interact and network during various inspiring sessions on themes including data sharing, going off-road, control towers, inland container shipping, blockchain, social innovation, human resources or capacity shortages, zero emissions in inner-city areas, artificial intelligence and analytics for calculating your CO2 emissions, but also for analyzing your potential for improvement. You will meet start-ups and can try your hand at serious games. There will also be an opportunity to experience various logistical innovations for yourself at the Experience boulevard.
